The Med/Surg RN will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist with care of general medical patients and also provide care for patients before and after surgical procedures
- Appropriately assess patients progress and provide updates to the provider, patient and families
- Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License required
- BLS certification upon hire
